1. About these Terms
These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of solitairetravel.com and any associated subdomains, pages, and online tools (collectively, the Site) operated by Solitaire Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 693 081 935) (Solitaire Travel, we, us, our).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. About Solitaire Travel
Solitaire Travel is an Australian medical tourism booking agency. We arrange international medical procedures for Australian clients, primarily at partner clinical facilities in Bali, Indonesia. Our role is to:
- provide information about available procedures, partner facilities, and pricing;
- arrange flights, accommodation, transfers, and related travel logistics;
- coordinate communication between you and the clinical providers; and
- support you throughout the patient journey, including in-country and post-return.
The clinical care, including all surgical and medical procedures, is provided by independent clinical providers in Indonesia. Solitaire Travel is not a medical practice, does not provide clinical advice, and is not registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Our registered office is 29/97 Creek Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000. ABN 78 693 081 935.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users’ data;
- use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site, except for lawful search engine indexing;
- introduce any virus, malware, or harmful code to the Site; or
- use the Site to transmit any unsolicited advertising or other material.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
4. Information on the Site
The information on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. Although we take reasonable care to ensure information is accurate at the time of publication, we make no representations or warranties about:
- the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information;
- the suitability of any procedure or service for your individual circumstances; or
- the clinical outcomes of any procedure.
Pricing displayed on the Site, including any indicative finance figures such as weekly repayment amounts, is indicative only and subject to change. Final pricing, inclusions, and finance terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking, in a Patient Agreement.
Information on the Site is not medical advice. Before making any decision about a procedure, you should consult with an appropriately qualified medical practitioner.
5. Bookings and the Patient Agreement
The Site allows you to enquire about, and request information on, medical procedures and packages. Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or otherwise expressing interest does not create a binding agreement between you and Solitaire Travel.
If you proceed to book a procedure with us, a separate Patient Agreement will be entered into between you and Solitaire Travel. The Patient Agreement will govern the booking, including:
- procedure details, pricing, and inclusions;
- deposit, payment, and finance arrangements;
- cooling-off, cancellation, and refund terms;
- clinical screening, suitability, and surgical sign-off; and
- travel logistics, in-country care, and post-procedure follow-up.
These Site Terms continue to apply to your use of the Site in addition to the Patient Agreement. Where these Terms and the Patient Agreement differ in respect of a specific booking, the Patient Agreement prevails.
6. Finance information
The Site may display indicative finance figures (for example, weekly repayment amounts) based on finance facilities arranged through our third-party finance partner, Total Lifestyle Credit Pty Ltd (TLC Finance, Australian Credit Licence 509691).
Any such figures are illustrative only and do not constitute an offer of credit. Approval of credit is subject to TLC Finance’s lending criteria, terms, and conditions. Solitaire Travel does not provide credit and does not act as a credit provider. Our role in relation to credit is limited to introducing you to TLC Finance.
You should read TLC Finance’s own disclosures, terms, and conditions before applying for or accepting any credit.
7. Intellectual property
